About the Razorbacks Softball team

The team was formed in 1977 by Ret. Lt. Danny Munoz. It was taken to the next level by Ret. Detective Roger Stanfill. In the 90's the team was extremely competitive and was a contender in LE softball in California. In the early 2000's LE softball was no longer a one agency softball team. Multiple agencies would combine teams and form super combo's. The Razorbacks continued to only have Sac. Sheriff deputies and remained competitive but was no longer a force in big tourneys. Slowly the team is evolving into a multi-agency softball club, primarily consisting of Sac Sheriffs. The Razorbacks are rich with talent and unlimited athletic ability but reliability and the consistency hasn't been there to take this squad to the next level.
